The Composite Course...

 The Composite course

The Composite Course is played during international Golf Tournaments.

The Composite Course came into being in 1959 when Royal Melbourne was asked to hold the Canada Cup (now the World Cup). It was decided to use 12 holes from the West Course and 6 holes from the East Course to keep the new Composite Course within the confines of the home paddock. Since then, the Composite Course has been the site for many international Tournaments and is regularly rated in the world's top ten courses.
